Hello!

Hello! I’m Rohit, and my friends call me Lotto/Lota/Lottogang. I started the way most designers do: a stubborn artist, and the kid in school everyone came to when they needed a diagram drawn (I secretly loved it). Seven years of playing cricket taught me the rest: how to practice, how to lose, and how to come back the next day.

Design drew me in because it shapes nearly every field, and that means I never run out of things to learn. I trained in graphic design at NID Ahmedabad, and my interest in UX took shape during six months as a UX design intern at Samsung Design Delhi. Over the past year, I’ve focused on growing into a product designer, taking on independent projects that allow me to fuse my obsession for product design and love for graphic design. I notice the small things first. Stuff that most people couldn’t name it, but they’d feel it. And that’s reason enough for me to fix it. I’m not a developer (YET!), but that’s never stopped me from building what I’ve pictured. I’ll pull a product apart to see how it works, ask a hundred questions, and keep at it until it works the way it did in my head. Away from the screen, I try to be as patient with my fitness as I am with a two-pixel bug.
